Campus Intelligence System Implemented

Concord, NH. January 31, 2008. Over the Christmas holidays, NBH Solutions (www.nbhsolutions.com ) implemented a Campus Intelligence System for the Community College System of New Hampshire www.CCSNH.com. This custom system was designed and built to take full advantage of the robust reporting and analysis capabilities offered by IBM’s COGNOS ( www.cognos.com ). This Campus Intelligence System captures data from the colleges’ seven separate Banner systems running Oracle for the databases. Custom programs extract desired data from the Banner Student system and load these data into a MySQL database. COGNOS applications developed by NBH Solutions provide the analysis and reporting capabilities needed by the seven colleges and the CCSNH System Office. In addition, this elegant business intelligence system provides dashboard metrics desired by the CCSNH Board of Trustees.

Now, NBH Solutions moves on to design a similar Campus Intelligence System to allow analysis, reporting and scorecarding, and dashboards based on data resident in the Banner Finance system used by the colleges of CCSNH. The colleges include:
